Stevenage manager Graham Westley has begun recruiting for the 2013/14 campaign as the club agreed terms for next season with 22 year old striker Oumare Tounkara and defender Luke Jones.
Tounkara, left, joins from Bristol Rovers.
Tounkara joins from Bristol Rovers, whom he signed a two month contract with in February 2013, netting two goals from four starts. His professional career began in the second tier of French football before Premier League Sunderland brought him to England. He spent 3 years on the books of the Wearside club before being released last year.
Jones, 26, has a strong winning mentality and joins from Blue Square Premier Champions Mansfield Town, where he made 32 appearances last season. He is equally comfortable at right back or centre half.
