Disabled/Wheelchair Tickets

Stevenage Football Club welcomes everyone to The Lamex Stadium, including those with disabilities…

Home supporters who require wheelchair access at The Lamex Stadium are advised to purchase tickets for the disabled sections in the North Stand, while away supporters must purchase tickets for the South (Away) Stand.

There are 14 disabled spaces available in the North Stand, with eight in the raised West section accessed through Exit 8 and six in the lower east section accesses through Exit 9.

In the South (Away) Stand, there are four disabled places with carer alongside, accessible through Exit 4A.

Fans requiring tickets for the wheelchair section can call 01438 223 223 and will be required to pay the relevant age concession with a free carer.

Disabled supporters can request a parking space at The Lamex Stadium by filling in this form (Disabled Supporter Parking Registration Form). Parking is subject to availability. Alternatively, there is a free car park on the opposite side of the road at Fairlands Valley, which is fully accessible via the underpass.

Ambulant disabled fans (medium/high-rate disability allowance) can purchase tickets for any chosen stand at the normal concession price with a free carer/personal assistant as required, if they can get to and from their seat without difficulty.

Where there is a need to sit in a specific seat i.e., on the end of a row or where there are few or no steps, then please contact DSLO at dslo@stevenagefc.com.

For supporters with a visual impairment, we have a dedicated commentary service where you can borrow a receiver to listen to live match commentary. Please contact DSLO to pre-book the equipment as soon as possible.

In partnership with the Stevenage Football Club Foundation, Stevenage Football Club have designed sensory packs to improve the matchday experience for junior supporters at the stadium, with the Club committing to become a friendly environment for supporters with additional needs.

The pack which comes complete with the following items have been designed to make the matchday experience more accessible, comfortable and enjoyable for all supporters.

  • Drawstring Bag
  • Fidget Spinner
  • SFC Pen
  • Matchday Activity Pack
  • Stadium Map
  • Noise Cancelling Headphones

The sensory packs can be collected from the West Stand Kids Zone ahead of kick-off, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The packs are to be kept by the user, but the noise cancelling headphones must be returned to the Foundation Learning Zone after the game for cleaning and future use.

Guide dogs are admitted to all areas of the Stadium with visually impaired supporters.

Catering kiosks are available in all stands. The North Stand has a low-level serving area for easy access. All of our kiosks are cashless, therefore only take card payments. Our DSLO is happy to assist you with your refreshments, however you will be required to accompany the DSLO to make the card payment.

We are conscious that visitors with certain additional needs may require changing facilities suitable for children and adults during the course of a matchday.

We have a disabled toilet available in the North Stand for such circumstances and would advise booking tickets in this part of the stadium if there is a possibility they may be required.
